Ball Arena

For those traveling to Ball Arena via train, the most convenient option is typically Amtrak's Union Station in Denver. This major transportation hub is located approximately 1.5 miles (about 2.4 kilometers) from the arena. From Union Station, attendees can easily access the arena via a short taxi or rideshare, or for the more active, a brisk 30-minute walk. Several light rail lines, including the A, B, and G lines, connect Union Station to various parts of the Denver metropolitan area, though direct light rail service to the immediate vicinity of Ball Arena is limited. Amtrak offers frequent service from major U.S. cities, with journey times varying significantly; for instance, a trip from Chicago can take upwards of 18 hours. Union Station itself is a well-equipped facility, offering ticket counters, waiting areas, and accessibility services for travelers with disabilities, making it a comfortable starting point for your visit.

Ball Arena is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests. The venue features ADA-compliant wheelchair accessibility throughout, with accessible entrances, ramps, and elevators providing access to all levels and seating areas. Accessible restrooms are conveniently located on every concourse. For guests with hearing impairments, an assistive listening system (induction loop) is available; inquire at Guest Services for details. Service animals are welcome within the arena. Companion care facilities are also available. Ball Arena offers designated accessible parking spaces in its nearby parking lots, and there are clearly marked accessible drop-off zones at the main entrances. Venue staff are trained to provide assistance and support to guests with disabilities, ensuring a comfortable and seamless visit. It is always recommended to contact Guest Services in advance for any specific accessibility needs or arrangements.

Entry points are clearly marked around the perimeter of the arena. Expect thorough bag checks and security screenings. Arriving at least 45-60 minutes before the scheduled start time is advised for large events to allow ample time for entry procedures and to navigate to your seating or standing area.
