Frequently asked questions

Our Concerts near you page (/concerts) lists upcoming gigs in your city. You can also pick your city on our What's On pages, or use the city filter on the calendar.

No. We don't buy, sell or list tickets, so you can't sell your tickets here, and we don't hold tickets or take payment. We are a free price tracker. StubHub International is our only ticket partner: when you click a ticket button you go to the StubHub International marketplace, where you buy and pay. If you buy, StubHub pays us a commission through the impact.com affiliate network, and the price you pay is the same.

NeedATicket is run by Streetvisit, an independent UK business. We are not a ticket seller, a promoter or a venue. You can email us at info@needaticket.co.uk or use our contact page (/contact).

No. We have no connection with "Need a Ticket", a ticket reseller in Ireland, with Needaticket Events Ltd, an Irish company, or with the websites needaticket.ie and needaticket.com. Reviews and complaints about any of them are not about this site.

No. StubHub International is the only ticket seller that pays us, and every ticket button on the site goes to StubHub International. For football matches where resale is restricted by law, we show the fixture for information only and name the club's official ticket office; we earn nothing from those.

StubHub is a trusted ticket marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets to live events. When you purchase through our StubHub links, you're protected by their Fan Protect Guarantee.

Partly. Dates, prices, tour tables and event-page summaries are built from StubHub International's catalogue by our own code. Venue guides, some venue travel notes, short artist biographies used in search descriptions and older guides under /blog/ were drafted by an AI model. Our editorial policy (/editorial-policy) lists exactly where.

Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page, or set a price alert on an event or artist. You'll get an email when prices drop or new dates are added.

Refund policies are determined by the ticket seller (StubHub). Please review their policies before purchasing. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled.

Prices shown are estimates. Final prices, including fees, are determined by the ticket seller at checkout. We recommend checking the ticket page for current pricing.

Check StubHub - they often have resale tickets available even when the official venue is sold out. You can also sign up for alerts in case more tickets become available.

Our ticket links go only to StubHub International, which guarantees ticket authenticity and offers buyer protection.

No, we don't handle ticket sales. You can list your tickets for resale on StubHub International.

Yes. NeedATicket is a free price tracker run by Streetvisit, an independent UK business. We don't sell tickets or take payment: you buy and pay on StubHub International. The checkable facts, including our ICO registration, are on our page "Is NeedATicket legit?" (/is-needaticket-legit).
