The nearest major transit hub is Fulton Center, an 8-minute walk east from the venue. This station serves the A, C, J, Z, 2, 3, 4, and 5 subway lines. From Fulton Center, exit onto Fulton Street and walk east towards the East River, crossing Water Street, Front Street, and South Street to reach Pier 17.

Several bus routes serve the Seaport District. The M15 and M15-SBS routes run along Water Street and Pearl Street, with stops conveniently located within a 3-minute walk inland from Pier 17. The M9 and M22 routes also operate nearby, connecting the area to other parts of Manhattan.

Several parking garages are available within a 10-minute walk inland from Pier 17. These include Icon Parking at 120 Beekman Street, SP+ Parking at 250 Water Street, and Laz Parking at 100 Pearl Street. Given the downtown location, anticipate high fees and potential congestion, particularly on event nights. Advance booking through parking apps is highly recommended to secure a spot and potentially reduce costs.

The primary entrance to Pier 17 is located on South Street. From there, signage and staff will direct patrons to the elevators and escalators ascending to The Rooftop level. Queue arrangements for entry and security checks typically begin on the ground level. Standard bag policies, often requiring clear bags for larger sizes, are enforced.
