Originally opened in 1977 as the East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC), the venue underwent an extensive renovation and reopened in 2019 as The Magnolia. The architectural redesign preserved the core structure while modernizing the interior for contemporary live performances. With a seated capacity of 1,210, the auditorium features a main orchestra level and a single, tiered balcony.
