This conversion embraces a minimalist, utilitarian aesthetic, defined by its high ceilings, exposed steel framework, and expansive concrete floors. The architectural approach prioritizes functionality and scale, allowing for flexible configurations rather than fixed theatrical elements.

With a nominal capacity often exceeding 5,000 for its largest events, the hall is designed primarily as a single, immense flat standing space. There are no permanent tiered balconies or fixed seating, providing an open canvas for various stage setups and audience flow. Sightlines across the main floor are generally unobstructed, though the sheer scale and potential for dense crowds mean that proximity to the stage dictates the intimacy of the view.

Acoustically, the building's industrial heritage means it is a naturally reverberant and live environment. While its concrete and steel shell provides an impactful canvas for powerful sound systems – particularly suited for the electronic music it predominantly hosts – clear sound reproduction relies heavily on the quality and calibration of the installed PA. Bass frequencies resonate deeply within the structure, creating a physically immersive experience, but intricate sonic details or spoken word performances might contend with the inherent reflections if not carefully managed by supplementary acoustic treatments or targeted sound design.
