The Tesistown Forum, an imposing structure situated in the Tesistown district of Guadalajara, was inaugurated in 1996. Its architectural style reflects a late-20th-century embrace of robust post-modern brutalism, characterized by its significant use of exposed concrete, angular forms, and a somewhat utilitarian aesthetic. With a concert capacity of approximately 15,000, the main auditorium is configured with a large, adaptable standing floor area that directly faces the main stage. Above this, two substantial tiers of fixed seating sweep around the space, providing elevated sightlines. While generally unobstructed, the distance from the furthest upper-tier seats to the stage can be considerable. Acoustically, the Forum's expansive concrete shell naturally generates a pronounced reverberation, characteristic of large-scale arenas from this era. Consequently, the clarity and definition of sound rely heavily on sophisticated, well-tuned PA systems and careful sound engineering to project effectively across the hall and mitigate the inherent echo.

Ingress to the Tesistown Forum is managed through multiple designated entry points along its eastern and western façades, designed to facilitate a relatively smooth flow of patrons. Once inside, the concourses are wide, providing ample space even during peak crowd movements, and feature numerous foyer bars and concession stands distributed across all levels. For floor-level events, the standing pit can become quite dense, offering direct and immersive proximity to the performance. Seated patrons in the tiered balconies benefit from elevated views, though the sonic experience in these upper sections is more dependent on the arena's sound reinforcement system's ability to overcome the space's natural acoustics.
