The primary performance space within Poblado de Sancti Petri, a sensitively redeveloped former fishing village, was repurposed and extensively renovated in 2018 from an existing industrial structure. This structure, a robust concrete and steel shell, now functions as a versatile event hall. Its architectural style leans towards industrial modernism, featuring exposed structural elements and a minimalist aesthetic. The main auditorium provides a flexible configuration, primarily a flat standing floor with a stated capacity of approximately 800 for general admission events. For seated performances, retractable tiered seating can accommodate up to 400 patrons, offering elevated sightlines towards the stage.

Acoustically, the concrete shell of the hall, while visually striking, naturally exhibits a live and resonant character. This necessitates substantial sound reinforcement, with the installed line array system crucial for clarity and impact across the space. While unhindered by pillars, views from the rearmost standing areas can be partially obscured by dense crowds, particularly during sold-out engagements. A smaller, more intimate annex venue on the lower level, known as "The Anchor Room," features a lower ceiling and brickwork, offering a more direct and less reverberant acoustic profile, albeit with increased ambient temperature in high-density situations.

The Live Experience & Current Schedule

Ingress to the main hall is efficiently managed through multiple entry points located on the waterfront side of the building, designed to mitigate long queues. Once inside, patrons encounter a spacious, uncluttered foyer area with two functional bar stations offering standard refreshments. The main hall's configuration as a flat standing pit allows for direct stage proximity, fostering an energetic and engaged crowd atmosphere, though personal space can diminish rapidly towards the front during peak attendance. For events utilising the tiered seating, views are generally unobstructed, providing a more relaxed viewing experience.
