The venue is not a permanent enclosed structure but an expansive, open-air park designed for large-scale gatherings. Its architectural profile is defined by landscape design principles, transforming former marshland into a vast, flat open field capable of accommodating audiences numbering in the hundreds of thousands.
The layout consists primarily of a sprawling, level terrain, purpose-built with robust underground utilities and infrastructure to support temporary stage constructions, extensive catering facilities, and large-scale crowd flow. There are no fixed "room configurations" or permanent auditoriums; all performance areas and audience zones are established anew for each event. Sightlines across the wide-open space are generally unobstructed, though the sheer scale means visual clarity for those positioned far from the stage is inevitably reduced.
