The nearest Mexico City Metro stations are San Antonio (Line 7), approximately a 15-minute walk south along Avenida de los Insurgentes Sur, and Mixcoac (Lines 7 and 12), roughly a 20-minute walk west via Avenida Patriotismo and Calle de Rembrandt.

The most convenient public transport is the Mexico City Metrobús. The Ciudad de los Deportes station on Metrobús Line 1 (Red Line) is located directly adjacent to the venue's main entrance on Avenida de los Insurgentes Sur, offering immediate access. Numerous local bus routes also serve Avenida de los Insurgentes Sur and Avenida Patriotismo.

The Monumental Plaza de Toros México provides its own underground parking facilities, accessible from secondary streets surrounding the venue. Additionally, several private parking lots (estacionamientos) are available within the surrounding Ciudad de los Deportes neighborhood. For major events, significant traffic congestion is to be expected, and advance booking or early arrival is highly advisable to secure a space. Fees vary, and cash is often required.

Entry is managed through multiple designated Puertas (gates) distributed around the bullring's circumference.
