By train and tube
The nearest U-Bahn (subway) station is Olympiazentrum (U3 line). From München Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), take the U2 line northbound to Scheidplatz, then transfer to the U3 line (direction Moosach) for two stops to Olympiazentrum. This journey takes approximately 18 minutes. From Olympiazentrum, the Kleine Olympiahalle is a 7-minute walk south-west through the Olympiapark, following signs towards the larger Olympiahalle.
By bus
Several bus routes serve the Olympiapark area. Bus lines 173, 177, and 178 all have stops within a 10-minute walk of the venue. The stop "Olympiapark Eisstadion" (served by Bus 173) is particularly convenient, located east of the hall on Spiridon-Louis-Ring, offering direct access to the complex. Tram line 20/21 also serves "Olympiapark West," requiring a slightly longer 12-minute walk south-east through the park.
By car and parking
On-site parking is available at the Olympiapark complex, notably in the multi-storey P1 garage and the Parkharfe (P8) surface lot, both situated along Spiridon-Louis-Ring. Parking fees apply, and spaces can be limited and subject to significant congestion during major events. Advance booking through event-specific portals or the Olympiapark website is highly recommended to secure a spot and mitigate arrival delays.
