Kafe Antzokia is committed to ensuring accessibility for all its patrons. The main entrance is generally step-free, and where any minor level changes exist, staff are available to assist. While lift access to all areas might be limited due to the venue's historical architecture, dedicated accessible seating areas are usually available on the ground floor, offering good views of the stage. Accessible toilet facilities are provided within the venue, equipped to accommodate wheelchair users. For those with hearing impairments, induction loop systems are typically in place at the box office and sometimes within the main performance space; it is advisable to check with the venue in advance regarding specific event setups. Assistance dogs and service animals are welcome, with designated areas for them if required. While dedicated accessible parking isn't on-site, nearby car parks offer disabled bays, and venue staff are always on hand to offer guidance and support.

The primary entrance is clearly marked on Done Bikendi Kalea. Queueing arrangements are typically managed on the pavement directly outside the venue. Standard bag search procedures are in effect, and it is recommended to arrive 20-30 minutes before the advertised door time to clear security efficiently, particularly for sold-out events.
