The cultural venue Hilvarenbeek, completed in 1998, stands as a prime example of late 20th-century Dutch utilitarian architecture. The main auditorium boasts a flexible capacity, accommodating up to 1,800 standing patrons for concerts or converting to a seated configuration for 900 through the deployment of retractable tiered seating.
