Its latest reincarnation, inaugurated in 2021, involved a substantial renovation to convert the utilitarian structure into a dedicated live music and events venue. The architectural language retains much of its industrial heritage, featuring a blend of exposed structural elements, high ceilings, and hard surfaces typical of its factory and market past.

The primary performance space is a vast, open auditorium designed for a capacity of approximately 3,500 patrons. This main hall predominantly features a flat standing floor, offering an immersive, high-density experience close to the stage. While the extensive open plan generally provides broad sightlines, these can become obstructed by crowd density in peak areas. A dedicated mezzanine level offers an elevated perspective, providing clearer, less impeded views of the stage below.
