Constructed in 2003, Foro Arpa represents a late-modernist architectural approach, blending robust concrete forms with local stone accents characteristic of the region. The structure features expansive, clean lines and a largely unadorned façade, consistent with its functional design philosophy. The main auditorium operates primarily as a flexible, multi-purpose hall, accommodating approximately 3,000 patrons for standing-room concerts. When configured with retractable tiered seating, its capacity adjusts to around 1,800, providing clear elevated sightlines towards the performance area from the upper rows. The main floor offers direct proximity to the stage, though sightlines in a densely packed standing crowd are inherently variable.
