The nearest mainline station is Aachen Hauptbahnhof. From there, the venue is approximately a 35-minute walk north along Wilhelmstraße and then north-west onto Monheimsallee. Alternatively, bus services provide a quicker connection. Aachen West station is closer but less served by intercity trains; it's a 20-minute walk east via Vaalser Straße and Lousbergstraße.

Reaching the Eurogress via bus is a convenient and accessible option, with several key stops located within easy walking distance of the venue. The most relevant stops are "Eurogress Stop" and "Town Hall Square," situated just a few minutes' walk away, typically under 5 minutes. Numerous bus routes converge on this area, including routes 1, 5, 12, and 24, which connect the Eurogress to various districts and neighbourhoods across Aachen, including the bustling city centre, residential areas, and surrounding suburbs. For those travelling from further afield, the central bus station, located near Aachen Central Station, provides connections to regional services. Night bus services are also available on weekends and late evenings, ensuring safe travel back after performances. Journey times from the city centre to these stops are usually very short, often under 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The primary bus operator serving these routes is Aachen Public Transport (APT).

The venue features an extensive underground parking garage, "Tiefgarage Eurogress," accessible directly from Monheimsallee. This facility offers convenient, paid parking on-site. Additional parking is available at the adjacent "Parkhaus Carolus Thermen," a 3-minute walk away, also offering paid spaces. Advance booking for either garage is rarely necessary but can be prudent for particularly large or sold-out events to ensure immediate access.
