About Bradford Live: Layout, History & Architecture
Opened in 1930 as the New Victoria Cinema and Theatre, later famously known as the Odeon, this Grade II listed building is a prime example of the Art Deco 'super cinema' style, designed by W. Edward Trent. The extensive refurbishment has meticulously restored its original grandeur while converting it into a versatile live performance space.
