Opened in 2002, the Auditorio y Centro de Congresos Víctor Villegas in Murcia is a distinctive example of modern Spanish architecture, designed by Antonio Lamela. Its striking contemporary form features a sweeping, curved roofline and extensive use of glass and concrete, presenting a clean, functional aesthetic. The primary performance space, Sala Narciso Yepes, is a grand tiered auditorium accommodating approximately 1,768 seated patrons across multiple levels. Adjacent to this, the Sala Miguel Ángel Clares provides a more intimate, also tiered, setting for around 400 individuals.
The design prioritises clear sightlines from all fixed seats in both main halls, offering unobstructed views of the stage.
