For travellers arriving by train, Barcelona Sants is the primary station for high-speed and long-distance services. Located approximately 4-5 kilometres from La Nau, it's a journey of about 15-20 minutes by taxi or a slightly longer but more economical option via the metro. The metro connection from Sants Estació (L5 line, then change to L1 or L3 depending on the best route to the venue's vicinity) is efficient. Barcelona Sants is well-served by numerous national and international rail routes, including high-speed AVE services connecting to major Spanish cities like Madrid, Seville, and Valencia, as well as international connections. Regional and commuter trains also provide frequent service within Catalonia. The station itself is a modern hub offering comprehensive facilities including ticket offices, extensive retail options, waiting areas, and accessibility services for passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring a comfortable transition from your journey.

Navigating to La Nau by bus is a convenient and accessible option, with numerous stops in close proximity to the venue. For those travelling late at night, Barcelona boasts an extensive network of NitBus (night bus) services, with several routes operating throughout the early morning hours, providing a safe and reliable way to get to and from the venue after standard hours. Journey times from the city centre typically range from 10 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your specific departure point.
