How do I get to Estadio GNP Seguros, Ciudad de México?

Bus routes:100, 24.

By train

While Mexico City has an extensive public transport network, direct access to Estadio GNP Seguros via major inter-city or international rail lines is not its primary mode of transit. The nearest significant railway station would be within the broader Mexico City metropolitan area, rather than a station directly adjacent to the stadium itself. Travelers arriving by train into Mexico City would typically disembark at stations like Buenavista or Pantitlán, which serve commuter and intercity routes. From these central points, further connections via metro, bus, or taxi would be necessary to reach the venue. For those planning an arrival by train, it's crucial to research the best connection from your arrival station to the stadium's vicinity, as direct rail service to the stadium's doorstep is limited. Facilities at major Mexico City train stations usually include ticket offices, waiting areas, and basic amenities.

By bus

Reaching Estadio GNP Seguros by bus is a practical and common method for many attendees. Numerous bus routes converge in the vicinity of the stadium, providing connections from various neighbourhoods across Mexico City. Key bus routes serving the area include various 'Ruta 100' lines and other local municipal bus services, though specific route numbers can vary and are best confirmed closer to your travel date. These routes typically connect the stadium to major avenues and transport hubs within the city, making it accessible from areas like the historic centre, Polanco, and the southern districts. Journey times from the city centre can range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. It is advisable to check the routes operated by the local transport authority, such as SEMOVI (Secretariat of Mobility), for the most up-to-date information on services, including any potential late-night or 24-hour options that might be available for events concluding late.

Accessibility

Estadio GNP Seguros strives to be accessible to all its patrons, offering provisions for guests with disabilities. The venue generally provides wheelchair-accessible entrances and routes throughout the main concourses. Lifts are available to access different seating tiers and facilities. Accessible restrooms are located in various areas within the stadium. For guests with hearing impairments, inquiries about the availability of hearing loop or induction loop systems for specific events are recommended, though not always guaranteed. Assistance animals are typically permitted within the stadium. Companion care facilities may be available, and it is advisable to contact the venue in advance for specific needs. Accessible parking is situated in close proximity to the entrances, and trained staff are usually on hand to offer assistance with mobility or any other requirements upon request. Advance booking for accessible seating is highly recommended.
